אִתְנַס
אִיתְנִיס, אִתְנִיס, אִתְנַס(= אתנסיס, אתנסס, v. נסס; or Ithpe. of נוס or ניס) to be taken sick. Sabb.145b אִיתְנַסִּי (Ms. M. אִיתְנַיֵּיס אִיתְנַיְּיסִי Ithpa.) I should have grown sick; (Ms. Oxf. איסתכני I should have been in danger). Git. 56a אִתְנִיסָא (or אִתְנַיְּסָה) she grew sick (from aversion), fainted. Cmp. אִיסְתְּנִיס. אִיתְנִיס = אִתְאֲנִיס, v. אֲנַס.
